Wall Ball is one of the most under-appreciated activities that a player can undertake to dramatically improve his or her stick skills. A quick Google search will yield a variety of routines online, pretty much all are variations around the routine popularized by the Powell brothers, here's a quick summary of the routine. If you live in Chicago and don't have easy access to a good wall (seriously), a rebounder (see image below) would be a very good investment.
Jim Berkman, the long time head coach of Division III powerhouse Salisbury, gave a great demonstration and explanation of how to do wall ball properly in a two-part video (see below) from the 2013 Elite 80 Camp in Seattle. This is a must watch for young players of any level and experience.
Kevin Boland of Titanium Lacrosse put together a routine for more experienced players, very nuanced, but important tweaks to the base routine.
